Bravo Hearing Centre remains open as an essential service provider.
As an essential service in the province of Ontario, Bravo Hearing Centre will continue to operate during this challenging period. Through these difficult times, our team will continue to make ourselves available for urgent, emergency cases. We are dedicated to serving the hard of hearing community, who now more than ever need to hear and stay connected with the news and their loved ones. We are here for you.
Until we are advised otherwise, we are committed to being open Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm E.S.T.
To do so, we will strictly adhere to the stringent cleaning, health and safety standards for our team, processes and patients. We want to make sure that, while maximizing your experience with us, we are also keeping our customers and employees safe by minimizing contact, sanitizing products and work areas, and using protective equipment.
We will continue to offer hearing aid repairs, hearing testing, and hearing aid and accessory sales, including batteries, wax guards, and loaner hearing ads. Whenever possible, please take advantage of our website’s e-store.
Non-emergency visits should be avoided, cancelled and re-scheduled for a future date.
Important: Before you come in to see us, we strongly suggest contacting us first by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone at (416) 207-9711. To minimize contact and reduce opportunities for the virus to transmit, it is very important to assess each situation individually and choose the best course of action. Whenever possible, we prefer to use a courier for repairs to existing hearing aids. If you choose to come in, sanitize your hands, keep appropriate distance, and adhere to the health and safety guidelines as set by our government. Ideally, repaired hearing aid devices will be couriered directly back to our customers. Where applicable, programming, processing, handling and delivery fees will apply.
